Nominations to the Board of Trustees

The Membership Committee of the Board invites nominations of qualified individuals to serve in a volunteer capacity on the Board of Trustees. Nominations must be submitted in writing using the Membership Nomination Form. There are two versions of the form available:

Membership Nomination Form (fillable Word document) – Type the information directly in the document where indicated. Save the document and email it as an attachment to the contact listed below. You may also print and mail the form.

Membership Nomination Form (printable Word document) – Print the blank form and handwrite your answers in the spaces provided. Attach additional pages if necessary. Scan and email the completed form to the contact listed below or print and mail it back.

Nomination forms are accepted any time but must be returned no later than December 6, 2019 for consideration this fiscal year. Please review the Board of Trustees Roles & Responsibilities and Candidate Criteria in considering an individual for nomination.
