A new commitment from the Bartlett family positions University of Arizona Health Sciences to recruit a leader for the Center for Advanced Molecular and Immunological Therapies' cancer division.

Community leader and wellness entrepreneur Mel Zuckerman and his wife, Enid, are the founding funders of the University of Arizona College of Public Health that bears their name.

The University of Arizona rugby program will now offer scholarships to its student-athletes thanks to a $1 million gift from Jason Figley, a parent of a current and a former rugby player at UArizona.

A $1.1 million gift will support the development of a University of Arizona Cancer Center program that aims to integrate traditional medicine and therapies with Western cancer treatments to improve health outcomes, build resiliency for survival and encourage patient well-being.

TUCSON, Ariz. — A new $10 million gift from the Steele Foundation includes the first private philanthropic support for the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center for Advanced Molecular and Immunological Therapies, or CAMI. This news follows Arizona Gov. Doug Ducey’s designation of $150 million in funding for the center, announced earlier today.
