The UA Foundation has several meeting rooms available for University-related events. For reservations, call (520) 621-9077, e-mail , fax (520) 621-3070 or use the online request form below.

Student Union Catering: (please check one)

*All food is to be catered by the Student Union. Food is not to be brought into the building by any other means.

NOTE: Contact name should be of the person responsible for the meeting. It is expected that the contact person will attend the function. By submitting this form, the contact person agrees to abide by all "Swede" Johnson Building room use policies described. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of future room privileges.
